EA Games — Unfairly and unjustifiably account ban

Hello, I’m Harris. My account was banned back in 2021, due to hate speech in chat. I was assaulted and abused during the match and I retaliated but I didn’t vandalize the property or infrastructure to deserve this. For two years I’ve been requesting more than 1000 times to lift the sanction from their helpline but their terms of service never listen or read a single word.

Instead they always reply with same automated reply. Their policies discriminative, I reported pro players who are cussing and hate speeching during matches with solid proof but they never take any disciplinary action action on them.

SirMa’am, You need to take action for there misbehavior action towards customers because they are locking out customers account which we can’t access other games which we bought from hard worked earned money. Please I’m begging you to take disciplinary action on this company. Thank you.
