Derek J Gembus was a passenger of mine while I drove for Uber. Instead of a tip, he made sexual advances. This happened on January 30th 2023. I have never been so freaked out in my life . He smelled liked weed and appeared desperate. When I got out of the car, he grabbed me by the arm and begged me to stay, while reaching for my crotch! I reported him to Uber, but of course, they never messaged me back. I also filed a police report. He’s the owner of Tribble Software in Cleveland, Ohio.
