Chumba Casino — Refuses to pay me my winnings

Short version, I deposit $20 played and won nothing. 30 min later deposited $50 and won $400. Mins you this is after I created an account and gave all required info for gaming privileges. Requested to redeem my winnings. They deactivated my account. The immediately were in contact with me and within 15 min my account was reactivated and they asked for proof of residence. I sent them documents and while waiting for them to go over it I played and won more up to $700.00. Played it down to $606.00 and again pressed redeem winnings. Immediately my account is deactivated again. They were very responsive and said that it is going to take time for them to go thru their process. It’s been three weeks now and no response from them, my electric is off due to me thinking I had money coming. And they will not at all respond to me. I provided them with my electric bill, motorcycle registration, and my water bill for proof of residence. I need this to be resolved due to my water getting shut off next. I am disabled and on a fixed income. Please help me. By paying me what is owed.
