Arby’s 8848 does not give out hot food nor napkins or sauce. Plus when ordering a French dip sandwich there is not even enough aujus to use with the whole sandwich. The fries are always cold and the roast beef sandwiches are are cold as well. The teenagers are rude also. Somethings needs to be done at this restaurant. All restaurants give napkins with a order but not 8848. I just ordered 2 classic roast beef sandwiches with a large crinkle fry. The fries were just thrown in the bag, most were at the bottom of the bag and they mixed with curly fries, which i DO NOT like, PLUS the fries were cold. It was 12:14 PM, Lunch time, so the food should be hot and ready for customers at lunch time. This store is RIDICULOUS! Give HOT food, napkins, ask each customer if they’d like sauce. Give enough aujus with ALL French dip sandwiches. And treat the customer with respect. Social media is a great source to get out information. This restaurant needs a lot more training. I like my food HOT with the right amount of the item and not dumped all over the bag they hand to me. With a smile on their face and a receipt and not have to ask for it.
