I wanted to book an accomodation on the 26th of January 2023 for a two night stay in Naples, Italy. Due to a glitch or technical problem, I can’t explain how this happened, the payement went through-the amount was debited from my bank account- but the reservation never got through. I also never got a message from booking.com that there actually was a problem with the reservation, meaning that I just had a payment that was transferred to bookings bank account but no reservation or proof that it did not worked. And therefore NO reservation number, something that I’m always asked to provide in order to get help! Making a refund
