GO2bank — Horrible banking system

Submitted a transfer to another go2 bank account receive an “system message” went to check the account the money that I transfer was gone and not in the other account. I was told to wait 3 days for it to reflect smh why do I have to wait if it’s a transfer from one GO2bank to another. I had a refund credited to my account to be processed it showed in my recent transactions and then the next day it was gone. They claim they can’t see it even after me providing the refund receipt to show. Give me my money in my account I shouldn’t wait for something that is mine.
