I booked the cruise with your agent who failed to tell me ALOT. So far my experience has been awful and only day 2. Baggage drop took from 2 pm to 7pm; this is my 15th cruise, never did I need that much time to check in. I was not allowed to board because no Covid insurance; the booking agent never told me about it and the pier staff were so unhelpful. I had , after 5 hours waiting, to use google and get insurance. Got to the room, it smelled like smoke because the person before me smoked. Complained and NOTHING happened. I had to keep the door opened all night so I could sleep. The room is very noisy . Could not sleep from the bar music that ended at 130 am.THEY cancelled the majority of my excursions!!! On the day of cruising. Why I was not told that all excursion will be in Portuguese? I am a solo traveler who paid double to travel with you and now, bad room, bad service, I have to chose bad tours for English speaking??? This cruise is not for English speakers and that should have been clear on the website. All activities are in Portuguese. After 48 hours of torture, they moved me to a quiet room but still lost all my excursions. It occurred on: 2022-12-26 This meant that I paid double price for bad cruise. I was looking forward to seeing new places in Brazil and now I simply cannot. I can tolerate anything until they start cancelling excursion last minute I am requesting at least Partial refund on this cruise. I do not want a future voucher because I am not cruising with MSC again I look forward to your response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.
