Good day, I’ve canceled my MTN contract on 12 September 2022. I paid a cancellation penalty fee of R708.00 at MTN Store La Piazza Square Klerksdorp. I have sent several emails to retentions. Everytime I send an email I just get a reference number and in the end of the month I still get the bill, what was the use of paying a cancelation fee. MTN is stealing money from me. I have all the emails sent, and proof of cancellation fee paid at MTN store. MTN should settle my bill and stop the contract.
