On February 2nd, 2023 I, was charged $30.00 more on rent without a reason. The manager didn’t give no explanation of why she charged me extra. I, don’t want to thank bad about no one, but I work hard to provided a roof over my family head. All I’m asking is why wasn’t I given a explanation about the over charging. It makes me think that by being over charged someone is stealing. Like I, said before I don’t want to think the worst about someone but just give me a explanation and not a made up one.
