Someone mysteriously change my phone number and email on my account. I had just unlocked my card to send a $20 to my husband. 15 minutes later I go in to lock my card and I was locked out. But I use mfingerprints! So how does this happen 🤔? I tried forget password, put in my card and full social to find out my phone number and email was changed that fast. I looked in my email and found to messages telling me this was changed and call I didn’t authorize. I was hung up on 8 time first day…2 day 5 then live person. 3 day I contacted identity theft department and dispute department. Over $2000. I’ll take this to yhe news if I don’t get my stuff. It’s a recession….Find out how this keeps happening to people. Give me my money! I’ll sue yall!
