Ordered a pizza at 6:30 pm and never received it until almost two hours later. Called to cancel the order was told first delivery driver had problems but a new pizza was being delivered by another driver in 10 minutes. Pizza arrived it was not very hot so most likely we received the same pizza. Also we ordered a salad that was never delivered with our pizza had to call to ask to be refunded. We were not compensated in any way for a lukewarm,2hour old pizza no salad. Since we didn’t receive our order until almost 2 hours later we should of received it free. Instead they gave us half our order with the original pizza that went out the first time. I’m still waiting for my refund on the salad we never received.
