This company is contracted with the big box store that I asked to measure interior doors. I will say that we did somehow miss our initial appointment ( 12-5 window) although we were home with our front door open, working from the kitchen island with 3 dogs present. I’ll take the blame for that one even though almost every contractor calls and let’s you know they are on their way when given a 5 hour window… ( or maybe, perhaps call when the arrive to your open front door since you’re clearly home) fast forward to the rescheduling nightmare! I called the following day, Wednesday, and was given the run around until the following Monday. ” oh, it will be Tuesday or Thursday, I just don’t know what time. I’ll have to Call you back” we called every day, no one called us… for 6 days. After getting the big box store involved again They finally called to reschedule and I missed the call due to a work call. Called back less than 30 minutes later to confirm but because they never answer the phone (or they have caller I’d and were ignoring me at this point) I left a message confirming Thursday would be fine and to please call me to let me know they received my message. You guessed it! No one called me back so I followed up Thursday Morning. Brittany answered. ”
Me- hello, I’m trying to confirm I’m on the books today”
Brittany- yes- they are running behind today
Me- okay- I just wanted to make sure because I didn’t hear back after I left a message yesterday
Brittany- yes. They are coming
Me- great, what was the time frame
Brittany- ummm. I don’t know. Between 8-12 or 12-5
Me- okay, But someone is coming?
Brittany- yes
So, I waited all day and no one came. and then this company had the audacity to say I never confirmed. The installers may be great. The people who answer the phone are rude. And obviously inconvenienced by their job since they don’t even bother to ask who they are speaking with before they start answering your questions. ( like- hi, I’m calling to confirm I’m on the books today) Don’t annoy them- they obviously have caller Id and handle calls ( or ignore them) accordingly.
Oh, I also checked out their Facebook reviews after my experience- they like to post personal info such as full name address and phone number in response to a negative review.
