I had an account with Walmart.com and on Dec. 11,2022 I placed an order. Then I printed my receipt and was shocked to find out that someone I do not know got on my account and my item was shipped to his address in Kentucky even though less than 1 minute after I placed the order I called Walmart corp office to tell them of this error. I was told that the item would not be shipped to KY but would be sent to PA. Three days later, it was shipped to KY. I recalled the corp office and wanted the KY mailing address deleted from my account and was told that I could not do this. Therefore I had to delete my account and now can not buy anything from this company on line. I am being penalized because of their policies to first let anyone get onto another person’s account and secondly for not being able to delete this individual’s information off of my account even though I changed the pass word many time. In fact on Dec 22, 2022 this person tried to order something else using my account even though I had to delete my account because of him. I do have his name and address should that be request from you.
