AliExpress — Give me my refunds from products not received

I bought from several different sellers a few of them gave me my refund other sellers did not even though there product was supposedly shipped with the products I got refunds from and AliExpress says I have no evidence of not responding but yet they tell me it’s stuck in customs that I have to get paper from ups go there give them all info including tracking numbers and they tell me tracking numbers don’t exist tell AliExpress this and they supposedly are going to fix this problem but still nothing I’m so tired of fighting with this company over them stealing my money would love to find out how to go after them
