Mochahost hosted my website for the last year and the service was terrible. The account was set to auto renew and I obviously no longer wanted it and I contacted them asking to cancel the service. They sent me some bogus link and after clicking on everything I could think to click on, I could not find any where to stop auto renew and figured maybe they don’t have it. Now, they are sending me billing emails. I emailed them again today telling them to make no attempt to charge my card, the service is terrible and I don’t want it. And they replied with the same bogus link which just sends you off into some click hole waste land. I don’t want it. They got there money. That’s it, I want nothing further to do with them.
