I reached out through Facebook because I kept getting an error message when I tried to reach visible. I was told certain internet companies have blocked visible and I would have to use a public server in order to reach them. I requested my account number and pin I want to change my cell phone carrier I have had to many issues with visible. After a full verification I was told he could not give me this information through a chat I use T-Mobile for internet service. This is not my problem this is your problem I shouldn’t have to go to the library and use their internet. I have tried on my laptop and my wifes phone my battery blew up on the phone I bought through visible and they can’t find record of it.All I want is my account number and the number transfer pin. give me my information I have asked for my email is courtmonster9@gmail.com I went through the verification process, but they said they cannot give it to me through a chat. Well, if the website has been blocked by certain internet carriers, then how else can I get this information.
