I purchased 2 portable washing machines. I used them right away, they were shipped separately. I tried them both and both did not work. I reached out to seller asap. They gave me partial refund on one keeping $30.15 dollars and denied and refused refund for the second machine $56.29 dollars. I sent new videos as requested each time and they said it was my fault they don’t work. Clearly in videos the machines do not work using there instructions. You press the power button for 3 seconds machine cycle that supposed to run for 10 or 15 minutes stops at 2 minutes. I requested refund. All I want is to send them their machines and get my money back. At no time was this an option. Total money not refunded $86.29. They kept my money and I have 2 machines that do not work. I have reached out to them over and over since they declined my refund and my messages have gone un read and I have not received response. I have been going back and forth with a VIP team and that’s no help. Need help. My claims started in November 29 2022. This is not an honorable business practice. Thank you in advance. I return both products and get full refund
