I would never recommend this company to others. I was told that my loan interest would only be paid at the end of the year. That is not the case it is paid monthly of course it is in the contract but the contract is not for review when signing, you are just told to sign here here and here. The workers that came constantly fought and argued and said the N word while working on the house. They discussed with me that my eyebrow support on the house was deteriorating and would cost $1000 to fix I said no leave it alone I’ll get it fixed later and the workers took the entire eyebrow that had no issues. The company did place a small gutter and sprout to replace what was taken from me but sent another crew that decided to give negative commentary about my house. Just because they could not physically see me I still heard everything they said. Overall unsatisfactory experience.
