To Andrew Wager McDonald’s area supervisor. Thank you for your response from my previous complaint. You had mentioned, your goal is 100% customer satisfaction, and your team works hard for fast, friendly and accurate service. The employees where NOT friendly, fast or accurate. Food was cold and it took a long time to get the food I paid for, with an attitude ta boot!! I’ve never complained like this before, but these employees need to be looked after thoroughly with management, that did not seem to be there…. X Get better employees or management.
