I went to Nsawam office to get a Sim card for business purposes. As I was entering the security man asked where I was going and I told him I want a Sim card for business purposes so he directed me to a guy at the office. I went to the guy and told him a needed a Sim as mentioned earlier. He then called the security and told him he’s not the one in charge so the security had to explain to him. He then asked if I needed the Sim card for only calling or for payment transactions and I told him I need it for business purposes and would be using it definitely for payment transaction. That was when he started to be rude and difficult telling I should not say I would definitely use it for payment transaction. My issue is that as a staff you know more than I do and even if what I said was not clear, a staff should be the best person to explain it well. As if that was not enough, he asked of my digital address and as I started mentioning it to him, he told me he did not asked me to mention it and that he only asked if I have it. Infact his manner was a rude and unprofessional. MTN is a big platform and I suggest their staff should be trained and monitored. Training and monitoring expercially those at the suburb
