Unauthorized Charges I was charged by Roku for 2 separate charges that were not authorized by me. I have contacted their customer service at least 5 times and all I hear is that I will have an update in 24-48 hours which I am still waiting on and that they don’t see the charges on my account. I have sent screenshots of my bank statement showing that not only was I charged for my monthly subscription to Hulu but I was also charged 2 more times for charges totaling more than $75 and still nothing. I asked to speak to a supervisor the last time I called and was told that a supervisor is only there every once in a while. They by far have the worst customer service of any company that I have ever had to deal with.
