We are being billed for service but Roku disconnected our service. They have blocked our calls now so that they won’t go through. We purchased a new t.v. and wanted to connect it through our current account through Roku. We were told we would have to pay an additional fee for a 3rd device. We don’t have a third device. We are replacing one of the t.v.’s we originally had on our Roku account. They weren’t willing to hear any of our issues and insisted we had to pay a registration fee for the new t.v. We refused so they cut our service. We just paid our monthly subscription fee on 11/25. I feel it appropriate for Roku to reimburse me for services paid since they took it away only 4 days into the current period.
