Roku — I want a refund

I am owed a refund I have Hulu billed through Roku, and Hulu says they have issued a refund of that I have never received. Bank account is negative now. I have Hulu billed through Roku, and Hulu says they have issued a refund of they sent 4 refunds (no clue why), 3, ** refunds which i have received and 1 for that I have never received. Bank account is negative now. Roku says there is no account of that refund, and Hulu keeps saying they sent it. I have had multiple calls with both companies, spoke to supervisors for over 2 weeks now, and nothing is getting solved. they are telling me its between me and my bank, but if there is no account of a refund, how will my bank help? I’ve been ran around for too long, and since starting my inquiry with them they have taken another payment causing my account to go negative and fees to acquire. I want a refund as well as additional compensation for my bank fees due to their system errors or scams. They say the only way to solve this is to cancel my account and refund everything, but I don’t want my stuff cancelled, I just want the money they already owe me. I am billed through Roku, so I feel they have some responsibility
