Google Play — Google seems to only be concerned with tracking people’s locations and targeting them for ads

I have about $120 worth of Google play store cards frozen and cannot be redeemed. Although there is evidence I paid for the cards and followed directions to fix the issue. Some Google gift cards glitch when customers attempt to redeem the cards. In my case, when I enter the codes into my accounts, I get a message saying that more information is needed and to send details in a form. The form requires a photo of the card, a receipt and information about location, and the store where the cards are purchased. When I get a email addressing the issue, the email says that my account and card is ineligible to be redeemed. When I attend the place where the cards are purchased, they refer me back to Google support. I managed to contact support through Google support and the agent told me to return to the store and to get cards replaced. So there is much back and forth between the store of purchase and the Google support. No customer should be subjected to this type of treatment by Google. Google seems to only be concerned with tracking people’s locations and targeting them for ads. Google play store cards cannot be used with vpns and they don’t allow it because they want to collect as much personal information about customers as possible.
