Booking.com — Norbreck Hotel, Blackpool

I am a carer and i booked for Paul, disabled man in wheelchair, his tutor, my 4 daughters and my husband. it was one of my daughters birthday so wanted to tie in celebrations with getting Paul out of sheltered housing for weekend so asked his tutor LS Support to drive him. We go away often and as i am the carer we get rooms next to each other because Paul needs help with everything from shower to catheter. We got there ahead of Paul and Kim and everything was a mess. Pauls room was fine but booking.com double booked mine so i had to traipse all over looking for a room with 4 daughters in tow, crying and scared. By tram we were 20 mins or more from blackpool and our group was split. Not good for Paul. Booking.com are asking for invoices and parking tickets from me which i have got from Windsor Hotel where we ended up. Every time i give them documents they come up with excuses. I just want them to make this right.
