Google charged me for equipment I returned. On November 14th Google sent us a shipping label to return Google fiber equipment via Fed Ex. We promptly returned the equipment that day. On December 4 a representative of Google fiber informed us that they had not received the equipment. We provided all of the shipping info to the rep and he assured us everything was fine. Now however we were just charged for this equipment that we have already returned. This is theft and we want our money back.
