Little Caesars — Poor service

on 100122 I placed an online order that according to their website will take about 40-45min to be ready, upon arrival to the location few minutes after the estimated pick up time and after waiting over 15 minutes on the phone for a rep to answer the call, I was told by the only employee at the site besides the store manager and that the order was not even prepared yet and that it will take over 20 minutes to start working on it. The pick up location was at the interception of sheridan street and dykes , zip code 33331. I requested a full refund for my order 1 12 hour after placing my order. Their service is the worse, they have been like that for over 1 year and they do not improve in any way their service. This is my last visit to the store, I rather pay few extra dollars or drive a new more miles than dealing with this type or service. If they are not able to manage product demand, fix the issue by either hiring more employee, closing down, or fixing the online site so you can provide a more accurate estimate for the service. fix the issue
