CVS Pharmacy — Refill

My dr. Sent a prescription to cvs pharmacy yesterday. I called today to see if it was ready and was told it was too early , my insurance would not pay until Oct 3. I checked with my insurance and they said they didn’t even try to run it thru. My last refill was 7-8-22 and you can usually fill a week or 2 ahead since it is a 90 day script. This was a out right lie on the person that answered the call. I called back they ignored my complaint but said it would be filled by 5pm today, I seriously doubt that I have had to wait longer than the time they said. What is going on? If they are bogged down get more help and stop lying to people. You use to have excellent customer service and now it is pretty pitiful. No matter who is filling precriptions it is important not to lie to people,if someone doesn’t get their medication you will probably get sued, stop playing with peoples lives
