I want to pay off my phones to save their service. they advertise that you can pay off the remaining balances in full. its a complete lie. I went to pay off my phones that i have with them to move my services. they claim you can pay it off at any time. i go to pay off the remaining balance of $133 and it notifies me that it will be processed on the next bill. i already pay way too much for their service as is. after speaking with customer service they said i’m stuck with them until November 24th. by then the promotion with he new company will be gone. I think this business practice is misleading and i feel my money is being held hostage.
