We ordered a Whirlpool Dryer from NFM, Plano, TX (order 62738884). Total price was $775.24. We used Gift card of $249.55 and $525.69 on my credit card. But we had to cancel it about 2 weeks before the delivery. We thought we will get my Giftcard back the rest on the CC. But the customer service person told that $775.24 will be credited back to our credit card. But we only received $525.69. The rest $249.55 is holding in the store as a credit. If we don’t have anything with us physically, since we are older people (83 77), we can easily forget it. So we need the Gift Card that we used back as a GiftCard to keep with us (and not in the store as a credit). I should get the credit of $249.55 as a Giftcard. Please help!
