Nest.com agree to refund 269.54 and provide a shipping label for me to send back the NEST YALE LOCK on July 18th, I mailed it out by Aug 26th, and it was delivered by Sep 6, I have been spending at least 4 hours contacting USPS and Fedex, and also I called and mailed so many times regarding this issue with NEST’s representatives Junior and Luis, they worked so hard to contact the department that in charge of it, but in the end the case either been closed or never be responded. I have been waiting for more than one month trying to get my money back, and I really don’t want to wait for any more.
