This company is an absolute joke in the customer service department. I recently had my Gmail account hacked by someone in a different state, they ordered a $700 phone and paid for it using my PayPal account (not sure how they were able to bypass ** PayPal security), but the fact is they ordered the phone and filtered my emails so I would not receive mail from google, so by the time I realized what happened it was too late to cancel the order on my own so I reached out to Google and asked them to cancel it since the phone had not been shipped yet. Long story short, I kept making fraud claims, they kept deleting them, I kept escalating, asked to speak to someone in the escalation/investigation department but was told “they don’t have a contact number” Really? so you guys only communicate with other departments via email?? no phones…at all? I also asked to speak to a supervisor “but none were available, and they will call you back within 24-48 hours….never got a call. This was the most incompetent customer service I have ever dealt with ..this went on for 2 days then the item was shipped and I got an email saying “we can’t cancel this order” This thing sat there for 2 days NOT SHIPPED but they couldn’t cancel it?? Even after I told them a million times that I did not place the order, I dont want the phone, and it’s being shipped to a state that is 1,500 miles away. Completely unacceptable way to deal with people. I am not rich, that was money for bills so that my children have the things they need. But this company showed no sense of urgency, and only gave me ready made answers that annoyed me to my core. “I totally understand your frustration”, well really? Because understanding my frustration is doing nothing to rectify the problem.
