I had a flight booked which was cancelled and Mytrip didn’t care to let me know. When tried to do the check-in i realized something is wrong and tried to reach out to Mytrip but they kept telling me to wait on the chat while nobody was helping me or providing any other information but flight was cancelled and hold the chat until a team will assist you. They didn’t assist me at all and didn’t care about the urgency of the situation. I needed to get to the destination according to my ticket so the resolution i wanted was to provide a different route flight in the same day, same destination. Since they are not responsive, i request compensation.
