Carvana — Rescheduling 6 times and wondering if im being scammed

Hello, I’ve purchased a vehicle that is leaking gasoline from the top of the gas tank (near fuel pump) all over the exhaust of the vehicle and have been told i can drive it up to 1000 miles. I purchased another car and I have been rescheduled at least 4 times. One of the issues is that i am only informed via Email the day before the delivery that it has been rescheduled. There has been no attempt to prioritize my situation and obviously I have not had a very good buying experience. This is becoming more stressful than just going to a dealership. The vehicle is at the SF hub and they told me it has to go to the Bakersfield hub and that from San Francisco to my house is too far (6 hours drive). I feel like this should be prioritized at this point.
This lack of effort and ability on your end just angers me to no end as I’ve been constantly calling my boss and changing my schedule only to change it again, the response from Carvana was well we don’t guarantee the delivery date which is understandable but it doesn’t make sense after the 4th attempt. Hopefully this car I have from you that leaks gasoline out of the gas tank doesn’t catch fire as I have to drive it all week again. After telling the person on the phone he still had no problem extending my mileage to 1000. I will be sending this to all complaint websites I can unless you guys do something useful for this issue. I paid top dollar to not deal with these issues so get a truck and ship me my car and prioritize it.

UPDATE Aug 26. Vehicle delayed again……. Still waiting. I signed all of the documents literally 5 times due to the constant rescheduling.

Update Aug. 29. The car has been in San Francisco for almost two weeks,
now it’s heading to LA, then to Arizona, then back up to Bakersfield ca…. This just is bad business at this point. keep in mind the original distance from the car to my house was about 300 miles and its been delayed for almost two weeks from the original delivery date….

There is zero care to fix this problem as a company or it’s lack of ability. Beware you may wait weeks after being told it only takes 3 days they don’t guarantee anything and they will charge 1.00 per mile after a certain amount of miles while they do this type of thing. this wouldn’t be a big issue but the constant rescheduling is really ******* me and our family off and it also is costing money every time you guys delay me again.

update… aug 29th… again…. car is delayed.. again. i have to E sign the paperwork for probably a 6th time at least

this sounds like a joke at this point. i recieved the text 3 minutes before they closed so i couldnt call tonight. now the delivery date is for next week. this is seriously something i want fixed immediately.

to bring me the car.

to have someone call me and actually fix this instead of the BS ive been getting for TWO WEEKS of re-scheduling at the last minute (on your end)
