Booked a flight, and paid. Some weeks later we get an email: pay more or loose the flight. So we canceled. They have stalling for 6 months. Klm said they already refunded them in april. They deny this. Is kiwi even legal? Booking was not even made as an agency but as a private person. Refund was ed to a gmail address not even a kiwi-address. Pass on the refund
