I filed a dispute February 17 and it was denied 45 days later I did not receive a letter as to why and was told I could file a re-dispute so I did which is was also denied 10 days later and was told once again I could request through the mail the reasoning behind the denial but they never once reached out to the merchant As I have been in contact with the merchant and was told that there is not anyone else I can deal with or talk to you about this. I would like my dispute granted as I have conducted my own investigation witch is not my job and feel that they have been fraudulent in this investigation when I ask questions they will hang up then give me a the run around
