1. I placed a catering order on 11-7-2020 for pickup on 11-25-2020 for pickup 4:30-4:45 pm. I arrived at 4:15 to see a line with approx 100 people in it picking up holidays meals that you take home for the next day. There was no signage to direct anyone despite 4 separate lines. I proceeded to find an employee to ask about catering. The person managing the front door said to go inside. A woman inside helped me and said she would get my food. As we waited in the doorway to the front door, we were met with angry customers calling us profane names because we were able to go to the front of the line. Managers were coming to the front door constantly to diffuse upset customers who could not pick up their meals, cancelled ordered due to running out turkeys that morning.I was updated every 10 minutes that it would be a few more minutes. I was not able to check out our food because there was nowhere to check it. I ordered 11 meals to be plated separately due to covid. We did not received our food until 5:25 pm which was now 55 minutes past when we ordered it. When arrived at our destination less than 10 minutes away, our food was ice cold and every plate was incorrect. The amount of food was approx 2-3 oz at most of the meat. That night I called the catering line and Cherry took my info and said I would get a call the next day. I have not tried to call every day since ***** and the ************ is not taking any calls. I called the restaurant and the line goes dead when you prompted. I filled out a intake form on the website and no response to date.

2. I ordered food online at the Boston Market on Hall Road in Utiica, Michigan.
   When I got to the restaurant, the manager said it was no food.
   I also been calling the restaurant every week.
   No answer.
   How do I get my refund back?
   I have a receipt.
