How do you have a flight ( 1184) flying out of Orlando to New York JFK without a pilot scheduled? Then you have all the passengers waiting four hours in the airport? First and foremost a written apology. Second a reimbursement for the time lost my daughter spent waiting for the mismanagement that has occurred.
