I broke my phone and have been locked out of my account because I have 2 factor authorization enabled. With my screen broken I can’t use my authenticator app, so I’ve sent a pic of my ID 3 times in the past week to verify my identity but they still haven’t allowed access or even emailed me to let me know what’s going on.
