Your driver parked in a private car park and was asked to remove vehicle but just walked off, when he returned he entered our property with his camera phone on, I asked him to leave, he intimated he was deaf, I signed and asked him if he was deaf but no answer he then started to leave our store and tripped over the door edge and accused me of pushing him, he then refused to leave the car park and continued to film me and another member of staff against our wishes, eventually he left the car park
