I was forced to reach out to the Airline (Croatia Airlines) and get myself the refund ation from the Airline to MyTrip. Since April 2021 Mytrip is holding my funds, Ive had over 20 calls with them and e-mails, they have reescalated the case over 7 times and I still dont have my funds back, They are just stealing the money.
