The french fries they served us last night were very overdone (almost burnt) and dry. I brought it to the waitress’s attention and her answer was that they were always that way in this restaurant because the machine is set up that way. This was our second time at the new location on Rymal Rd. and we will not be back. We are long time patrons of Swiss Chalet and have always enjoyed our meals – but no more. In addition, the fries were just lukewarm, not hot.
