I had a broken wrist from October 19, 2019 that had healed after extensive therahy and a year later in November, 2020 had blood test in doctor’s office and person put tourniquet on my injured right writst which was not a place to put it. It injured my wrist and I told her mot to put it there but she did anyway. I have more problems using this wrist before she did this as I was using it fine until then. Made numerous calls to Quest locally but never got any help. Seldom returned phone calls and never mailed forms. Never even got apology from persom who did this. I had more therapy after this but it didn’t help. I can hardly use wrist and looks like permanent problem. I have had numerous blood tests with Quest before and never had such an incompetent employee. I am right handed and this is serious. She should have been fired.
