Only customer in store when I ordered my toasted sub. Another customer came in and ordered as he was taking my sandwich from the oven. He removed my sandwich from the tray and went back to build the second customers sandwich while my sandwich was getting cold. The second customer very picky and my sandwich continued to get cold. I stepped back and said I’m sorry but my sandwich is getting cold could finish my order? He snapped back you aren’t sorry. It would have taken to seconds for me to finish her sandwich. He took my cash and gave me change.
