I called to cancel my subscription in December ’21 after I was charged $153.25. I was assured the subscription was cancelled. In January ’22 I was charged another $153.25. I called, again assured the subscription was cancelled and the charge of $153.25 dropped from my credit card. 3 days later they charged $153.25 again. It’s amazingly poor customer service. $153.25 – WTF!!! it’s only supposed to be around $30 a month, I believe they’re charging me for a 6 month subscription in advance every month!!! I’ve spoken to their customer service (who don’t speak very good English) only to be informed they can’t refund subscription charges. They should cancel the subscription, delete my account and refund the additional $153.25 (twice) they’ve charged.
