On the 21st of December 2021 I transferred payment from my Paxum account to my bank account. Previous months the payment was on my bank account the next day. Their policy says it can take 5 business days to reflect and due to it being the end of the year I waited a bit longer. On the 28th of December 2021 Paxum sent me a proof of payment that they payment was successful on their side and that I should verify with my bank. Unfortunately my bank didn’t receive any payment from Paxum and they can’t trace it either. I informed Paxum of this and they forwarded the case to their payment department. It has now been 10 business days and the only response I get is my case is still under review and they can’t give me a time frame of when it will be resolved. I have bills to pay and need my payment. I refuse to believe that it can take so long to resolve this if I never experienced issues with payouts the previous months.
