I submitted a withdrawal on kucoin of 46,531.65 XYO and I entered in my MetaMask account and planned on letting it sit over a year before I checked the value of it again. This was roughly 460 days ago. I attempted to check my balance about 2 months ago and to my dismay I had not a single xyo token there. I checked on kucoin and found where they sent them. The tokens are still in the wallet but I don’t have access because it’s not my wallet. I’ve contacted kucoin multiple times and every time k get absolutely no help. This is over 2 grand and this is a lot of money to me. I would be happy even with a credit of the value of the xyo or them to give me my xyo back. I just want my money back.
