Wowcher — No goods received

My wife ordered this cheese selection on the 15th of December on the Wowcher website.

Her bank account has been debited for £19.99.

When will the order be delivered?

We have tried enquiring on the Wowcher website but her account password is invalid and it won’t allow to reset it.

If the cheeses don’t arrive in the next few days, please can you arrange for a refund?
