I last ordered over one year ago. I have gone around in circles over this. My food was not delivered to me. I contacted the restaurant ly. I was not charged, but Uber keeps showing that I have an unpaid balance for that order. There is a record of it being delivered to wrong address. This is ridiculous. I am still getting emails from them with special offers, but tells me that I must pay for the food I didn’t receive before I may order. This is so unprofessional.
