i just renewed my sip and save 4 days ago and when i went to get a cup of coffee, i was told that it was time to renew and i would have to renew or pay for the coffee. My wife went through this same thing last month with her sip and save and finally just paid the renewal again and kept her receipt and had to show she paid for at least a week before it started to accept her phone number. we both stop every day and i usually purchase something along with my coffee. the management says there is nothing they can do but report it, but nothing usually happens. PLEASE get this straight
